Working with the team at Toyota Connected North America, I lead the product and experience design efforts for Toyota’s Data Solutions platform, which powers day-to-day operations of business fleets across the world.

My objective is to enable customers such as AVIS or Hertz to manage their Toyota vehicles with confidence and speed. My work ensures they can diagnose issues, check current status of their fleet and have continuous access to Toyota data services in order to move their business forward.

Led a redesign project of native iOS and Android apps for a growing startup from London, bringing them closer in-line with each platform's design language. I solved for critical customer onboarding and interaction challenges and worked on consolidating common patterns into a common library for designing new solutions.
