In addition, I established a streamlined developer handoff process, improving the time to market for new features and updates.

This strategy led to several innovative solutions, increasing conversion rates and enhancing user engagement.

Throughout this journey, I collaborated with a multidisciplinary team, fostering effective communication and teamwork. Leading stakeholder presentations, I communicated our design vision, progress, and results, ensuring alignment and support. This cohesive effort led to successful outcomes, solidifying our market position.

During my time on the design team, I worked on solutions for sellers, improved buyer's experience, and created a marketing platform from scratch.

Our teamwork transformed SberMegaMarket from a mid-size industry-specific marketplace to a robust e-commerce solution like Amazon, featuring an app and web marketplace with 15+ million users, a platform that accommodates 10,000+ sellers, and marketing tools for both sellers and internal users.

Key projects for sellers included inventory management and warehouse flow. Key projects for buyers included the main page and claims flow.

For the last 11 months in the company, I focused on marketing tools. Together with the devs and product manager, we created a web self-service platform for over 8,000 sellers and internal users. This included tools for building ad campaigns, viewing analytics (dashboards and metrics), creating landing pages (similar to Framer), and managing internal approvals for campaigns, formats, and agreements. We also redesigned Shop-in-Shops, a crucial marketing tool and a significant revenue source for MegaMarket
