  • Conducted qualitative research with 10 participants, uncovering user goals, challenges, and insights. This research directly informed an 80% more precise project problem definition, ensuring the product addressed core user needs.

  • Analyzed research findings and formulated "How Might We" questions, leading a brainstorming session that resulted in 12 potential solutions. This collaborative effort helped prioritize features for the Minimum Viable Product (MVP), focusing on the functionalities with the highest user impact.

  • Broke down the MVP solutions into modular components and assigned to the team which facilitated efficient design and development.

  • Developed the project's design system within Figma, including typography, colors, spacing, and radius tokens. This system streamlined the design process and ensured visual consistency across the MVP.
