During the first half of my twenties, I dedicated myself to exploring my strengths and acquiring experience to enhance my skills. My academic background spans Economics, Fashion Design, and Digital Marketing, while my professional journey includes roles in Content Strategy, Graphic Design, Branding, and more recently UX/UI. Throughout the past decade, I have thrived in diverse collaborations and embraced constant change, which has cultivated adaptability, persistence, and a boundless sense of curiosity.
Projects
Ropes is an app-based online ecosystem for climbers, where knowledge is shared through partnership, mentoring or professional climbing lessons. Role: User Research, UX/UI, Prototyping, System Design, Brand Design.
Improvement in navigation and findability within the platform. Changes include a new discovery section, customizable home content, and a user-to-user recommendation system. Role: Information Architecture, Card Sorting, Prototyping, System Design, User Testing
Work Experience
I oversaw visual strategy for various clients (NGOs, startups), creating on-demand UI graphics, email designs, and social media imagery. I also designed and launched several websites in collaboration with developers.
I created the company's visual identity and implemented it on the web with developers. Additionally, I managed the Social Media strategy, handling content, ads, and graphics.
I updated Payment Services Accounts, assisted Customer Support, and created Client presentations.
Volunteering

I utilised Design Thinking and Lean methodologies to cover everything from Strategy and UX research to Solution design, Testing, and Handoff.
I studied how the aesthetics of refillable packaging in products affect both purchase intention and the credibility of the company.
