• Led three different work streams for Facebook’s new self-remediation feature that enables users to self-correct their first CS strike-based enforcement or non-recommendable account status across various entity types (Primary Profiles, ProMode, AP+) and platforms (Comet, Android, iOS, FBLite).

• Scoped, planned, implemented end-to-end (infra + UI), ran experiments, built SQL funnels to query and analyze results, and successfully launched to millions of users. Implemented extensive logging, testing, alert systems, and monitoring dashboards.

• Drived XFN communication with product, design, UX, DS, content, privacy, policy, and legal to achieve better alignment on shared goals, enhancing product quality and driving measurable impact on user engagement and platform health.

•  Led the web client implementation of the new Safety Mode feature, an AI-driven content moderation tool, enhancing user safety on the platform and increasing retention, UAM, and mDAU. Implemented UIs to interact with the tool and to provide feedback on problematic outputs (false positives/negatives) to refine the ML model's accuracy.

• Developed Twitter’s new health/safety tools like Report Flow and Safety Center using JavaScript, React, CSS, Scala, and OCF, an SSR framework.

• Collaborated with the product, design, research, backend and mobile client engineers; Implemented A/B, unit, integration, performance, and accessibility testing: created detailed test plans and coordinated bug bash sessions.

• Conducted experiments to measure and validate the new Report Flow performance; achieved a 94% increase in actionable reports and a 59% reduction in top-line reports, enhancing UX and product efficiency.

• Besides product features development, designed and implemented APIs for internal OCF framework (Scala) and UI components for web component library (React), participated in platform support projects like Relay adoption (GraphQL Client), migration to React Testing Library.
