Preparing the world's most loved AI chatbot for its next growth phase ❇️

Working alongside the machine learning team and two junior designers, I played a lead role in crafting the vision for future product enhancements. Together, we brainstormed a range of concepts aimed at elevating Kindly's chatbot capabilities – emphasising speed, intelligence, and efficiency.

These concepts came to life as we developed multiple prototypes, serving as a litmus test for the potential of GPT-3 and LLMs within Kindly's product portfolio.

The outcome was substantial, not only reducing onboarding time but also guiding the company towards an entirely new product direction.

It was fun! Thank you: Maren, Nicolas, Gjermund and Sverre

Designing tools for great storytelling 🎙️

I embraced a pivotal role in a cross-functional effort, collaborating with design and branding experts, to transform a basic audio processing website into a dynamic hub for podcasters.

Two new workflows for podcasters where created:

Commenting experience: We created a system to facilitate effortless interaction between comments and the sound wave, fostering enhanced collaboration and communication among Podcasters.

Effortless Sound Improvement:
By harnessing AI technology, we simplified the audio enhancement process, democratising the capability to achieve high-quality sound results. This breakthrough not only enhanced the user experience but also paved the way to replace the need for an expensive sound engineer.

As their first Product designer hire, I had the opportunity to contribute to a wide range of features: Editing experience, Workspaces, Export of audio files and Onboarding.

Teamwork is dreamwork. Thank you Astrid, Viktor, Øyvind and our design partners

A new home for millions of users to handle payments, subscriptions, privacy and more. 🏠

Embedded within a newly-formed team at News giant Schibsted, our task was to redefine the core of the Schibsted account experience.

This project involved navigating intricate pathways, from facilitating payments and refining privacy settings to exploring the diverse array of products available for user subscription via the platform.

Furthermore, as a secondary objective, a trio of us was entrusted with the task of reshaping the pathways to access Schibsted account pages from the extensive array of over 100 Schibsted-owned sub-brands.

What a ride. Thank you Bjarne, Oda, Benni, Rita and Lars for your support

Learning math trough deep exploration 🔭

Designed a comprehensive educational platform from inception to realisation, spanning desktop, iOS, and Android interfaces. Together with the CTO and CEO, we established foundational product principles, streamlining all aspects of the platform to align with overarching objectives. This effort also included laying the groundwork for a scalable design system and style guide.

I leveraged actionable insights gleaned from user research, collaborative workshops, and strategic alignment with business imperatives.

In close collaboration with the content team and engineering counterparts, we devised an innovative approach to collaborative learning, facilitated through dynamic conversations. This endeavour encompassed the creation of rule sets and components, fostering a personalised and immersive learning journey.

Such a fun product. Thank you Leon (CTO), Vineeth (CEO), the content team and my mentor Jens.
