With a combined 15+ years of design, leadership and coaching experience, the bundle of how I can help is wide-ranging.
For individuals, it's pretty straightforward. But when it comes to teams, executives, leaders and companies, that's when I don't stick to a formula. Keeping my services fluid lets me create the right "package" made for any goal at hand.

This role allowed me to boost the cooperation between team leaders and platform experts from iOS, Android, Backend, Frontend, Machine Learning, Design & QA, while also communicating with those responsible for having STRV’s internal processes run smoothly. This all revolved around what STRV is all about – taking care of the people, creating cool stuff and having a great time.
My role as the Design Team Lead focused around emphasizing the individual qualities of each designer, develop their career paths and mainly tailor their roles for the best fit for both, the designer and STRV. In addition I was handling processes and management of the team.
I was responsible for the complete design process from research, wireframes and user-flows to visual design and promotion. Presenting my work to clients, many times cooperating on their business decisions with the product.
In SYMBIO I was in direct contact with clients, taking care of the whole visual side of the project. I specialised on user interfaces in corporate sphere.
Clients I cooperated the most with: ČEZ, T-Mobile, ČSOB Pojišťovna, Lego and ING Pojišťovna.
FG was the introduction to agency life. Most of the time I took care of visual maintenance for websites and web-portals such as: McDonalds, Komerční Banka, Vodafone, Prezident's Office, ČEZ, T-Mobile, AC Sparta Prague etc.
