At Bol.com, I helped shape the biggest eCommerce platform in the Netherlands by designing prototypes, wireframes, and polished product features. I ran usability tests and design sprints to gather real feedback from sellers and customers, then used that input to refine each feature. Maintaining and evolving the design system was also a big part of my job, making sure everything felt consistent and intuitive.
