Digital experiences has become more and more pervasive in our lives, especially in the aftermath of the most recent disruption in our habits. In this new context, digital has become an incomparable enabler for giving people access to essential services in their everyday life. But are we living a great rush towards digitalization or a rational well-paced transition? How might we avoid the former while encouraging the latter? Enters lateral thinking!
