I am a recent graduate in product and UX design with a background in costume design and customer support, with experience in React, React Native, HTML, CSS, and Figma.
Projects
I designed and developed the mobile application Bordr from the ground up, utilizing React, React Native, Expo, and
Figma. The app allows users to find new friends by location for board games or by selecting "online" to play video games
together. Through competitor and user research, I incorporated user-centered design principles and techniques to

Work Experience
As a former customer support agent at Amazon, I gained valuable experience in KYC procedures and mentoring new hires,
developing leadership and teaching skills that are transferable to collaborating with design team members and stakeholders. My
customer service role also provided me with opportunities to gather feedback and insight from users, which informs my design
process and allows me to create user-friendly experiences that prioritize user needs.
