  • Elevated the UX maturity level from absent to structured, results in: leadership incorporated UX into the decision making process, user research is streamlined, better cross-functional collaboration and alignment between business goals and client needs.

  • Led a team of analysts in enhancing their user-centric approach, enabling them to independently plan and execute experiments which increased user satisfaction and product value.

  • Conducted over 25 qualitative user interviews and more than 15 qualitative usability tests with clients to develop UX personas and implemented 3 significant product improvements.

  • Implemented and adopted a new UX strategy and UX design process, to ensure an outcome oriented approach and a consistent design performance.

  • Designed and shipped an improved version of the Credit Suisse mobile pension experience to increase adoption and retention.
