I co-created STHLM MERCH, a fashion brand reflecting Swedish minimalism. My actions began with the creation of a comprehensive visual identity for STHLM MERCH, considering the brand's unique character. I developed a detailed brand book, ensuring communication consistency across various channels.

I created a technologically advanced online store built on the Shopify platform. The store was equipped with payment options such as Apple Pay, BLIK, and Przelewy24, and integrated with warehouse systems for smooth logistical processes.

I also took care of the brand's presence on social media, creating a communication strategy and managing its channels. I prepared press materials and actively established relationships with media in the fashion and lifestyle industry, ensuring STHLM MERCH's visibility in key industry channels. I co-created and co-implemented an influencer marketing strategy.
