Led the design and delivery of C6 Carbon Statement, a one-of-a-kind tool to empower and raise environmental responsibility awareness among 22 million users.

The project's impact resulted in users purchasing 1,054 tons of carbon credits within the first two months, supporting tree-planting and reforestation projects.

The project was also submitted for consideration at ONU's COP28, contributing to a global sustainability dialogue.

Help Center at C6 Bank

From discovery to release, I designed a transformative, self-service customer support experience for C6 Bank: Help Center.

The success of this project was achieved through problem reframing and resulted in 67% ticket reduction , which is saving the company R$1,000,000 monthly (est.) in support costs.

Wire transfer at C6 Bank

Responsible for designing and launching C6 Bank's wire transfer feature, streamlining the process and achieving high customer adoption rates while ensuring compliance with global money laundering regulations.

Today, after almost three years, I am still responsible for maintaining and improving all the experiences for Global Account, C6 Bank's most profitable product.

Designed and shipped Safe Places, a tool that aim to transform the way users protect their personal information and money at C6 Bank.

This feature uses user’s geolocation for recognizing personalized safe zones that ensure smooth transactions and more security for their finances and data.
