• Designed and validated end to end workflows and created multi platform product interfaces (web + app) for clients from sectors like FinTech, automotive, healthcare and data analytics

Reimagined the future of credit cards by building a super app that prioritizes simplicity, transparency, and user control in finance.

• Designed and shipped end to end app features like Customer Support, Repayment, EMI and Credential Manager with the product team
• Worked on launching a fully functional internal dashboard for the customer experience team for maintaining a detailed customer database that is now serving thousands of customers
• Designed and owned a new product - OneCard Lite that targets low/ no credit scorers to get credit cards against a fixed deposit that helped acquire new customers
• Iterated and designed the physical card welcome kit and
  re-imagined how credit cards are normally sent to customers in a plain envelope. More than 50,000+ kits are already distributed across India.
