Do Pause Club — it’s time to stop (or at least pause)

Pause /pɑːz/ — a short period in which something such as an activity is stopped before starting again.

We all need it. But at the same time, most of us are trying to squeeze more out of every hour of every day. Sure, you should be ambitious, and your personal or work goals are great, but there is a limit to all of that.

Let's talk about how today's world fucked us up (or me, at least) and what you can do about it.

PS. Based on true events.
