I love collaborating with purpose-driven teams, committed to making a positive impact on people's lives. I always keep people at the heart of my design process and I am intentional about helping others do their best work. I consistently promote the adoption and implementation of continuous research practices. By taking an always-on mindset to research, we build a comprehensive model of the customer in real-time so we can de-risk product decisions with data.
I helped more than 10 startups go from idea to functional MVP. I conducted product discovery & design synthesis, handled UI, visual design, onboarding and user testing to increase AARRR metrics for SaaS products with more than 100k users.
I developed a passion for digital health, I’m a big fan of Quantified Self community (quantifiedself.com) - is like continuous research but for your own body and mind. I firmly believe that people should invest more resources in understanding and improving their own health.

FreeBusy is a scheduling and appointment management tool that simplifies the process of coordinating meetings and events. It offers a range of features to streamline scheduling, minimize conflicts and no-shows, and enhance productivity. FreeBusy offers a highly customizable scheduling app that seamlessly integrates with most calendar platforms, web conferencing tools and popular CRM & ATS platforms.
Finding a good roadside assistance service can be challenging due to limited information, lack of preemptive research, time sensitivity, varying service coverage, price transparency issues, concerns about quality and reliability, and a lack of user reviews and feedback. Twelp! aims to address these pain points and provide a seamless experience when searching for a reliable roadside assistance service.
In 2014, I co-founded teleMedic, together with Dan Niculae and Octavian Naicu. With the increasing demand for remote healthcare services, teleMedic offers a secure and user-friendly platform that connects patients with qualified doctors, ensuring timely and personalized medical care. As a co-founder and product designer, my role encompassed a broad spectrum of responsibilities, from strategic planning, engaging with doctors and users, copywriting, prototyping, visual design, translating the selected design concept into detailed design specifications and guidelines and ensure that the design vision is effectively translated into a functional product.
Work Experience
I helped more than 10 startups go from idea to functional MVP. I have actively collaborated with stakeholders and product teams to identify pain points and establish product specifications and roadmap. The process involves talking to users to understand their needs, design synthesis, defining product specifications, making initial sketches and prototypes, user testing and creating the final visual design and QA.
Conducting continuous user research, using Hotjar and Intercom analytics, customer interviews and product demo calls, to understand users, discover UX problems and define new functionality. Define, track and improve user metrics using the AARRR framework. Produce instructional articles and videos demonstrating product usage and providing step-by-step guidance.
Depending on the project and team dynamics, there have been situations where I have assumed the responsibility for both problem exploration and solution generation, while in other instances, my focus has been solely on the solution space. Key activities involve ideation, conceptualization, prototyping, user testing, iteration, collaboration, documentation, and stakeholder communication to create effective and user-centered design solutions.
Collaborate closely with co-founders to make the purpose and function of user interface clear and easy to understand. Design and prototype new functionality, define product branding, website information architecture, design and copywriting.
My responsibilities encompassed a wide range of tasks, including conducting user research, creating product specifications, UI and visual design, prototyping, as well as product management and QA.
