Adyen is a global payment company that allows businesses to accept e-commerce, mobile, and point-of-sale payments. Adyen provides payments solutions to more than 5,000 customers, including: Nike, Adidas, Chanel, Hermes, Netflix, LinkedIn, Microsoft, Booking.com, Spotify and many others.

I designed a brand driven portal for merchants to customize shopper experiences across locations

Designed a troubleshooting page to aid Tech Support teams across the globe by providing remote control and diagnostics capabilities

With scale comes complexity and a continuously growing list of dependancies and sources to rely on. Through research we discovered our support team alone relied on +12 tools to extract information and perform their daily tasks.

In order to move from a reactive to pro-active service we decided to consolidate everything we know about our clients into a handy dashboard they could customise to their needs.

2020

Launching new Android payment devices was a huge step into providing more innovative and personalised shopper experiences. I designed the operational features, such as the Home screen, Settings menu, how to configure networks, software updates and much more.

2019

Scanning receipts can be a tedious process for entrepeneurs who want to keep up with their finances. At bunq we built a feature to help them quickly scan and expense invoices in a matter of seconds.

bunq.me allows users to create and share a personalized URL with anyone who wants to send you money.

2018

Haptic models, in collaboration with the Accessibility Foundation was a research and design project focused on discovering the impact 2.5-3D models have on visually impaired children.

As everything becomes more visual, educational resources are becoming less accessible and care givers are struggling to catch up with technological advances.

2016

MSF (or Doctors Without Borders) is charity that provides humanitarian medical care. Locus was the first 3D printed UAV drone to recreate maps in forgotten places of the world, such as Guinea & Sierra Leone for Missing Maps. Missing Maps allows worldwide organizations, local NGO’s and individuals, to use their open source maps in times of emergency, where performance is vital. Locus is an affordable and convenient surveillance drone, particularly designed for humanitarian purposes.
