About

Hi, I'm Logan and I'm an art director and designer currently based out of Seattle, WA.

I have over 15 years of experience creating engaging video content, building brands, and bringing ideas to life in exciting and unexpected ways.

Side Projects

2024

Capoeira? Electro Soul? A rainy, winter night in Seattle? Juxtaposition was the name of the game for ”9 to 5+” where wildly different themes combined to create an ethereal, punchy, and beautiful video for Zphr. I worked closely with the artist and an incredible team to bring this to life in time for the digital release of the single.

Work Experience

2016 — 2024
Seattle, WA

During my 7+ years at MOD, I helped evolve the brand from a scrappy regional presence to a one of the fastest growing and most loved fast casual restaurants in the U.S. This involved developing a flexible identity across digital, print, and customer experience channels while retaining the people-first personality that started it all.

In addition to building out the brand, I collaborated with the greater marketing team and leadership to develop a photo and video studio with capabilities ranging from digital advertising, to print, and broadcast. I lead photo and video shoots in this role and was deeply involved in all stages of production.

As an Art Director I also developed successful marketing campaigns from start to finish both in-house and in conjunction with a variety of agencies.

2020 — 2022
Seattle, WA

I designed, developed, and launched an entirely new identity for one of the worlds most respected espresso machine companies. In addition to revamping their brand I built out standards, digital and print materials, and exhibit design. I also designed branding and packaging for Synesso’s first consumer-facing machine, the ES.1, which launched in 2023

2015 — 2016
Seattle, WA

I produced and directed a video highlighting environmental stewardship within the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation. The video centered on innovative environmental stewardship practices at offices in China, the UK, India, and the US and featured in-depth interviews with employees.

2014 — 2015
Creative Producer at Blue Chalk Media
Portland, OR

I lead art direction and creative production on over 100 kids science videos for Discovery Education. As the creative producer, I designed the look-and-feel for the entire series and directed and edited videos. I worked closely with outside education experts as well as internal editors, animators, and videographers.
