About
I am a program manager and digital designer living and working in NYC. My primary focus is to help define the vision for digital products and create processes to allow for optimal collaboration between strategy, design, and development teams.
Work Experience
Overseeing the management of creative projects and workflows driving core business goals across growth marketing channels. Building, implementing, and optimizing the tools, processes, and insights that enable the creative team to achieve our brand and business goals.
Working with various clients on web design, product management, and creative ops projects.
Managed cross-functional technical projects by providing leadership and daily management from discovery to delivery, keeping projects on time and on budget. Implemented and iterated on agile project plans to streamline studio processes, making project successes more repeatable, predictable, and efficient.
As the first digital-focused design hire, I was responsible for shaping the web discipline within the studio. I established standards and frameworks for increased efficiency across design and dev teams, developing a new product offering that brought in significant revenue.
Working on end-to-end projects focusing on multichannel go-to-market campaigns across web, email, advertising, app stores, social media, and more. Leading the design lifecycle from strategy, UX/UI, wireframing, web design, prototyping, user testing, QA, annotations for handoff to development, and ensuring WCAG accessibility standards.
