I was approached with the problem that it can take a very long time for our customer success team to gather the required screenshots for submitting apps to both the Apple and Google app stores. This process involves obtaining at least four screenshots for three different Apple device sizes and two Android device sizes. Traditionally, the team relied on physical devices to run the apps and capture screenshots, or on emulators, which can sometimes be unreliable.
I was asked if we could leverage Figma to streamline this process and turn it into a design output task for each build. However, I believed there might be a more effective solution. Over the course of a couple of evenings, I quickly developed a prototype in React that enables anyone to create all the necessary device screenshots for app store submissions, saving many hours and hassle every month.
I worked with the SalesTier team (a small team off two co-founders) to design their customer mobile app.
They had some Balsamiq wireframes, and a working app which needed a lot of attention.
We decided on some key screens to focus on, which could then influence other screens by using the same design treatment. I designed everything with simplicity of use in mind, always thinking how the end user would interact with it and questioning the team on changes we could make to improve the experience.
I create mechanisms for searching and filtering which could be used throughout different places in future, and a component based system to aid development.
While working at Aphix I had campaigned for a redesign of the customer Management Interface. This is essentially their CMS and product hub, which can feed into their website or different apps. I knew from being a user myself and talks with customers over the years that a redesign would greatly improve our customers experience of the product and of their day-to-day operations.
I wanted to streamline operations, make things much easier to use and more obvious. I reconfigured how importing, exporting and bulk editing pages and products was done.
As we ideated the new era of the Management Interface, this also sparked the creation of an App Store and greater theme customisation.
Made a tool to quickly create Open Graph social images for use on blog posts, made with Svelte.

Colada is a platform for those working in the hospitality industry to connect with one another. Restaurants, bars and coffee shops can find the right talent; bartenders, baristas and managers can level up their careers by finding their next opportunity. Colada is LinkedIn with a twist of lemon.
The hospitality industry is, joyfully, a tight-knit community, but bars and restaurants still rely heavily on word of mouth, and friends-of-friends to fill roles. Newspaper ads, non-specific listing websites, Facebook — there’s no dedicated digital space to go to find jobs or staff.
