Over the past seven years, I have worked as a product designer, creating digital solutions for clients ranging from startups to global companies, guiding every step of the design process, including stakeholder workshops, user research, user experience, interface design, prototyping, and usability testing.

• Helped clients develop the best product strategy to achieve their business and user experience goals through initial discovery workshops
• Assisted with every step of the design process, including user research, user experience, interface design, prototypes, and usability tests

• Planned and conducted competitor analysis, user research, and usability testing
• Lead initial discovery workshops to assist clients in developing their best product strategy
• Created personas, sitemaps, interaction design, high-fidelity mockups, information architecture diagrams, wireframes, interface design and interactive prototypes
• Presented work effectively and communicate design rationale to developers and other stakeholders

2015 — 2015
São Paulo

• Designed the printed manual included in the Structural Model kit, an interactive physical model that simulates the behaviour of architectural structures. The Mola Structural Kit 1 was funded through a crowdfunding campaign. The project completed the fundraising period as Brazil’s largest crowdfunding campaign, having received 1,583 contributions coming from all Brazilian states and from 29 additional countries spread out on five continents.

2010 — 2015
Art Director at New Content (Accenture Interactive)

• Worked directly with clients conceptualizing, presenting and designing editorial projects with branded content for both paper and iPad magazines
• Provided art direction for the magazines RED Report and TAM Kids, TAM Airlines’s trilingual in-flight publications. (Port./Eng./Sp.). TAM was a major Latin American carrier, now known as LATAM Airlines Brasil
• Collaborated with media specialists in creating digital plans for social media calendars & events
Clients: TAM Airlines, Amil (Brazil's largest health insurer), and DASA (the largest Latin American company that provides diagnostic services)
