My role on this side project as Project Manager

Developed and executed a comprehensive five-year strategic plan for the development of Bumi Taman Cagak, leading to substantial growth and success. Currently, 20% of the project is in progress.

Utilized graphic design skills to create and manage the visual identity of the tourism area, including logos, promotional materials, and signage, which enhanced the visitor experience and resulted in a 15% increase in visitor growth.

Worked with over 20 clients to design characters, achieving a 95% satisfaction rate
- Assisted 20+ international students in successfully understanding the academic, social, and organizational culture of college in their first year, resulting in a 60% active participation rate in class lessons and extracurricular activities
- Provided support and tutoring assistance to 10+ international students for Indonesian language and art projects per semester, leading to 50% of international students exhibiting and showcasing their artwork in Indonesian during the final semester
- Participated as a liaison between the event organizer and international lecturers, answering questions and resolving problems during the event's activities
- Arranged with a fashion stylist to bring together products, wardrobe, props, set materials, and others to prepare and create a concept for an Instagram photo shoot that increased viewers by 25%
- Managed garment production which involved: creating cutting zero waste patterns, communicating with tailors, calculating excess material, and fitting adjustment for clients
- Collaborated with the design team by assisting them in selecting outfits, helping with model needs, and guiding in the development of seasonal lines for hijabi fashion shows held as part of campus events
