Projects

Ongoing
Mobile Ecommerce App at Reece

The Reece ecom store (maX) existed only on web and didn't lend itself as an intuitive experience for professional tradesmen on-the-field. In order to better target these customers we built a maX mobile app so that tradesmen could place and manage orders easily while on the job. Our main objectives with this project were to:

  • Increase market growth of small- medium sized R&R customers.

  • Design a seamless experience shopping experience that was an extension of maX web.

  • Increase sales of products though ecom as an alternative to in-store shopping.

2023
Branch Inventory App at Reece

Used daily by Reece branch employees to preform daily inventory cycle counts we wanted to increase adoption to more branches in order to improve branch inventory accuracy and improve the efficiency of branch operations.

  • Increase adoption of the branch inventory app.

  • Increase branch location/ product accuracy through app usage for all divisions.

2023
Picking App at Reece

Previously, warehouse staff used paper pick tickets to pull products for customer orders. This app, where I served as the sole designer & researcher:

  • Decreased time taken to pull orders.

  • Decreased pulling errors for new employees.

  • Gave management more visibility as products were picked.
