About
Kyle Outlaw is a designer, entrepreneur, and investor. An early adopter of blockchain technologies, he founded Subatomik, a.k.a. “your favorite Bitcoin bookstore”. Subatomik LLC pursues three core strategies: (1) cater to the needs of our growing audience of geek life enthusiasts while building a next gen e-commerce company on the Bitcoin Standard, (2) ensure that analogue books persist in an age of surveillance capitalism and digital rights management (DRM), and (3) promote education and understanding of Decentralized Finance, Cryptography, and the Bitcoin Standard.
Prior to launching Subatomik, Kyle was SVP Executive Experience Director at Publicis Groupe, where he was responsible for user experience design and research for the Mercedes-Benz account in the United States and Canada. During this time he lead the redesign of the US and Canada passenger car websites, as well as new designs for Sprinter Vans and Freightliner, Mercedes-Benz Financial Services, smart car, and in-dealership experiences. These include: SXSW Interactive in Austin, Texas, IXDA in Helsinki, Finland, the User Experience Professionals Association and MediaPost's OMMA conference in New York, and the Internet Freedom Festival in Valencia, Spain.
