Hey, I'm Krisztina Szerovay, UX designer & researcher.

I'm passionate about visual thinking, I love playing board games and video games.
Projects
It is a monthly collection of the best UX design & sketching resources that caught my attention. The topics include: UX design, UI design, service design, visual thinking, cognitive psychology, behavioral economics, product development.
Explanations of UX design, UI design and cognitive psychology concepts by using the power of sketching and visual thinking.
The challenge is about building your own UX-related visual library, and also about creating a habit around sketching.
It was a newsletter-based challenge that run from 2017 to 2022. Now I'm working on a book version, it is WIP (going to be published in 2023 Q2).

Speaking
Alongside with ff.next’s Ivan Muck and Feri Muck, I held a webinar about UX/UI audits and the UX review of Revolut, you can watch the recording of the whole webinar (my part is around 50-minute long)
A 3-hour workshop on visual storytelling in collaboration with Yuri Malishenko
After a short theoretical introduction to mapping methods, participants got the chance to try out journey mapping. We provided predefined personas, and we helped participants map out an online personal loan application flow.
