When CreatorIQ acquired Tribe Dynamics, my team and I were tasked with integrating our two products together. After a period of deeper research, I led the design strategy for bringing CreatorIQ's messaging and creator on-boarding workflows into Tribe Dynamics.
From there I continued on to define a product strategy for merging the two products together, starting with Creator Discovery; bringing a semantic search experience to the industry's largest creator database.
I had the opportunity to present my strategy at a company-wide summit in Las Vegas, where I also orchestrated a cross-functional AI innovation workshop to identify opportunities to augment CreatorIQ's feature set with LLM enabled solutions; all of which framed our combined 2023 roadmap.

I joined Tribe Dynamics as the 5th full-time hire and 1st product & design team member. Coming from a background in UX, I took the opportunity to frame our product strategy and processes around continuous user research.
Over my tenure, we launched, iterated on, and sunset a number of solutions for a budding influencer marketing product category; eventually settling on a product value proposition framed as Influencer Community Analytics.
By the time we were acquired, we had an average quarterly NPS of 50+, had continuously ranked within the top products within our category on G2, and had built a $10MM+ ARR business with less than $2.1MM raised.

I started my design career at Mindbody as a summer intern, where I learned foundational skills in user-centered design with the help of a bi-monthly consultant named Jared Spool.
Progressing through a part-time junior role into a full-time position within a year's time, I was placed on the iOS B2B scrum team, where I designed against sprint schedules; counterpart to the Android design lead.
During my time, I also introduced atomic design principles to the growing UX org and successfully moved the design team from Adobe CC to a component-based system in Sketch.
