About
A Product Designer specialising in software interfaces, I craft meaningful interactions and seamless user experiences. My portfolio showcases successful design solutions across diverse industries, including health tech, automotive, e-commerce, and telecommunications, among others.
Work Experience
At Luminary, I created a platform for the creation and tracking of Grantor Retained Annuity Trusts (GRATs). This involved solving complex communication problems between four touch points: advisors, clients, beneficiaries, and lawyers. I also investigated and proposed solutions for existing user interaction problems.
Prevayl, a health startup, creates HR trackers and garments for performance trainers. I created a user journey tailored to the needs of personal trainers, cyclists, and marathon runners. I also developed a design system for the MVP release. Following its release, the app received a 4.7-star rating on the AppStore and was featured in various news articles, including Wired, Vogue, and TechCrunch.
At letgo, I restructured the web-based experience to meet new business requirements. I introduced several qualitative research methodologies to the company and web team, which previously relied solely on quantitative data. I refined the item listings pages, which increased the sale ratios from web from 0.3% to 7%. I also implemented a design system and conducted numerous workshops with colleagues across the company.
I designed an application for a smart electronic vehicle’s remote control app. I also worked on the service design of onboarding and sales channels for Nissan’s Tesla competitor line-up (product name confidential due to NDA).
At PhotoBox, I created the foundations of a design system for a company-wide digital transformation. I designed a white label rebranding system for sub-brands to follow and optimised the delivery channels between the design team and the technology department.
Preqin is a finance company that provides alternative assets information for investors and fundraisers. I designed an extensive UI library for several different data visualisations. The UI library consisted of several different dynamically generated data visualisations and graphics. All library components were built as modules so they could be built depending on Preqin’s clients' needs.
Blenheim Chalcot is a VC company that funds several different startups every year and offers them working space and experts. My task was to create the MVP from scratch. I conducted formal and guerrilla interviews to realise the actual needs and what had been planned for the MVP. I conducted several different user testings and built a design system which can be used also on future releases to keep the consistency.
At IBM iX, I was hired to help solidify the foundations of the newly gathered design studio in Istanbul. I set up several workshops both within the studio with employees and also potential/current clients to represent the studio strategy. I kickstarted smaller projects for starter projects like cloud file storage application Lifebox for Turkcell.
At Fjord, I worked with Turkey’s largest telco company (TurkTelekom) to build their management dashboard. The dashboard consisted of several different data visualisations and also required heavy analysis and filtering of 'dirty' data. I conducted weeks-long workshops with stakeholders and potential users within the company to determine the needs. This also helped us to figure out the personas that we were planning to target. I created a modular design system relied on flexibility and reconstructable structure. I co-worked globally with Accenture to redesign Dubai’s largest telco Company (Etisalad) portal. I built an extensive component-based responsive design system based on the previously proposed new branding. I designed a playbook and worked with
