Work Experience

2023 — Now
San Francisco, CA

As a creative with a full capability to lead projects from strategy to execution, my current role within the team focuses on being a player-coach 🏀. My responsibilities include but are not limited to: being part of strategic brand direction discussions with XFN partners, guiding art direction on marketing campaigns including digital and OOH extensions, liaising with external creative partners, and bringing on-brand experiences in product. In addition to leading creative projects, I help mentoring junior creatives and work closely with the creative operations team to find ways to constantly improve and streamline the process for the team.

2021 — 2022
San Francisco, CA

Moved to the Bay Area during the pandemic to join Strava. Working closely with the marketing team, I served as a creative lead for product marketing initiatives and GTM campaigns, as well as providing brand experience strategies.

A winner of Strive Award, a peer-nominated award recognizing employees who made a positive and lasting impact within the organization.

2017 — 2020
Vancouver, BC

Switched gears from Ivivva and joined Lululemon's Global Brand and Creative team. My main focuses include ideating, concepting and executing global campaigns ranging from product launches to brand moments, as well as providing photography directions for brand marketing communication.

2016 — 2017
Brand Designer at Lululemon
Vancouver, BC

I really missed working in a team, so when the opportunity presented itself, I joined Ivivva, Lululemon's little sister brand, as a lead brand designer. I was responsible for executing marketing campaigns and providing art direction for brand photography.

2015 — 2016
Design & Illustration
Freelance

To work more closely and intentionally with the freelance clients I have collected over the years, I decided to take some time off full-time work to work as a freelancer. I took on projects that felt meaningful to me, experimented with producing my own products and travelled a lot. ✨

2015 — 2015
Contract Art Director at TAXI
Vancouver, BC

I worked closely with the account strategists, producers and production team to lead creative ideation and execution for national clients.

2010 — 2014
Designer, Global Brand at LUSH
Vancouver, BC & Poole, UK

My first foray as an in-house creative. I worked closely with the global gift director in the UK headquarters to provide creative strategy and design for global gift marketing, as well as managing the extensive product label design system for North American markets.

2009 — 2010
Vancouver, BC

My first (dream) job out of school working at a famed local creative agency I looked up to as an art school student. I worked under an art director to ideate and execute client-based project providing both design and illustration skillsets.

Side Projects

Ongoing

I volunteer my time with Aniband Rescue, a grassroots organization based in Korea, to help rescue dogs find their forever families in North America. HMU if you'd like to learn more about overseas dog adoptions 🐕
