I'm Klas, an enthusiastic and aspiring front-end developer who also loves to design. I'm currently pursuing my studies in Stockholm, Sweden.
Work Experience
I am currently doing an internship at Limeloop, which is a Stockholm-based web agency. At Limeloop, we mainly work with React, NextJS, and Typescript. We utilize CMS platforms such as Sanity, Storyblok, and WordPress, to name a few. I have had the opportunity to be involved in various projects and see the entire business process - from the initial client meeting to delivering a finished product, which has been very educational.
At Brandworks, I worked with a variety of materials such as solid wood, MDF, metal, fiberglass, plastic, sheet metal, etc. My responsibilities encompassed woodworking and welding, as well as digital work within CAD. The role demanded a keen focus on delivering top-tier results while adhering to strict timelines.
Construction carpentry. The work consisted largely of apartment construction, such as casting, aligning walls, installing doors and windows, etc.
During my time with Anders, I renovated houses, built pump houses, built saunas and did minor house repairs, among other things.
Education
I am currently studying my second year as a frontend developer at Jensen Yrkeshögskola. The courses have covered the basics of HTML, CSS and Javascript, as well as web communication where I learned to work with databases. We have also studied agile project methodology and testing. One area I have particularly appreciated is user experience and interaction design (UX/UI), which has given me insights into how to create user-friendly websites. In addition, we have studied web frameworks for Javascript, where we have mainly worked with React.
