Work Experience

UX and Visual Design at Cisco - Part of the team building Cisco on-premise meeting solutions (B2B SaaS products). Work includes secondary research, user flows, high fidelity interaction screens, visual design for icons, backgrounds and documentation of work through case studies.

Part of in-house events team that organize Thursday Talks. Responsible for launching a new segment called Fun Fridays - identity design, event management, documentation.

Graduation Project: Building immersive sensorial experiences in retail for a multi-national FMCG client.
Responsibilities: desk research, designing a quantitative survey, conducting expert interview, conducting observational study, data analysis and synthesis. Built use cases, storyboarding, journey mapping, conducting a bodystorming workshop, concept development with graphics and UI and final deck presentation to the client. -
As a part of various other ongoing qualitative research projects, my responsibilities included working on the project proposal, taking live notes during interviews, transcript cleanup, data analysis and report making.

Mentor-led research project focussed on defining Entertainment 2.0 in the post COVID era. Conducted desk research, in-depth interviews, quantitative survey, trend analysis and try-it-yourself method.
Responsible for developing teaching learning material and activities for facilitating vocabulary building in children. Understood graphic design methods and teaching methods being employed for children with special needs.
Projects
Currently working on improving the product experience of Cisco's on-premise video conferencing solutions, namely, Cisco Meeting Server, Cisco Meeting Management, Cisco Meeting WebApp.
A 4-month project lying at the intersection of research, design and retail. Enabling innovative application of IoT in retail through immersive experiences.
As a 6-week graphic design intern at Tactopus, I was responsible for building a repository of teaching collateral to be used during remedial sessions.

My article titled "The Warm Tones of Life" got featured in the second issue of the online magazine - Dopamine
Volunteering
I got selected for Pratham Institute's Leaders of Tomorrow (PILOT) program under which I am working in the design team.
Assisted Aravani Art Project along with French artist Chifumi Krohom in painting a mural in Sonagachi, the biggest red light district in Asia.
