For OEE IntelliSuite, my approach to design research focuses on deeply understanding the users—production managers, operators, and executives—and their specific pain points in tracking and improving Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE). I would gather insights through user interviews, site observations, and competitor analysis to identify key workflows and needs. This research would help create an intuitive, data-driven interface that empowers users to make real-time decisions and improve efficiency. This is a contract. I’m focusing on the webpages right now. I’m studying their users, issues, pain points, mood board, web flow chart, sketching, wire framing, low/high fidelity, ab testing, usability testing, accessibility and etc.
