Work Experience

2018 — Now
Remote

As a Principal Product Designer at Workday, I led horizontal and business-critical projects that significantly shaped the company's user experience. My work spanned the integration of AI throughout the Workday platform, creating visions and concepts surrounding various persona experiences, the creation of robust internal design processes, and the mentorship of emerging design talent. My ability to build strong relationships was pivotal, regularly collaborating with VPs and C-Suite executives to ensure alignment and drive innovation.

2017 — 2018
Denver, CO

As a Sr. Product Designer at Acosta, I spearheaded the development of cutting-edge products while collaborating with industry giants such as Walmart, Nestle, and Procter & Gamble. I played a pivotal role in forming and maturing the initial UX practice within the company, driving innovation and ensuring user-centric solutions. My responsibilities ranged from creating working POCs for RFPs for companies like Walmart to conducting on-the-ground research and prototyping for clients such as Target and 7-11. Through these efforts, I established a robust UX foundation that facilitated the delivery of several products with exceptional user experiences across our diverse client portfolio.

2016 — 2017
Denver, CO

As a UX Designer at Transamerica, I was responsible for enhancing all public-facing touchpoints, with a primary focus on the flagship website serving employees, employers, and financial professionals. I played a crucial role in understanding, refining, and designing the overall information architecture of the website, creating design concepts and aligning stakeholders, and ensuring a cohesive and seamless user experience. Additionally, I developed the visual language that evolved into Transamerica's comprehensive design system. My collaboration with researchers and fellow designers was instrumental in our success, as was my ability to influence critical business decisions, including investments in the website's development and improvement.

2016 — 2017
User Experience Designer at The Social Route
Denver, CO

As the sole User Experience Designer at The Social Route, I was tasked with overseeing the fruition of all design material; from website implementation to interactive marketing collateral I always worked directly with stakeholders. My UX role stretched into that of creative director at times as I designed and developed a complete brand package for the company. I created several interactive apps to aid our sales team, performed in-the-field client facing research, and managed an overseas development team for the company.
