  • Conceptualized a digital service targeting small to medium-sized refuse companies using human-centered design methods, influencing the vision for future Mack Trucks' products and services.

  • Planned and conducted user research for product discovery through 5 ethnographic field visits and 15 user interviews, and employed thematic analysis to synthesize findings. Developed an insights deck with personas, user needs, and market research to present insights to cross-functional stakeholders.

  • Developed detailed storyboards, user flows, and high-fidelity mockups. Presented the final concept to an audience of over 200 employees worldwide, receiving positive feedback from senior leadership and digital product teams for promoting innovative design approaches.

The Department of Radiation and Cellular Oncology at UChicago Medicine is one of the largest multi-site radiation oncology medical practices in the US, adopting a multidisciplinary approach to providing the best care.

  • Designed 3 multilingual, open-source medical guides, significantly improving doctors’ ability to explain treatment processes and reduce patient anxiety for approximately 2000 patients annually.

  • Executed research planning and conducted 25 stakeholder and focus group interviews, along with 2 ethnographic field visits to thoroughly understand the experiences of medical staff and patients.

  • Significantly improved the accessibility and effectiveness of the medical guides by incorporating sixth-grade reading content and using graphic narratives for storytelling.

Republic World is a leading Indian news network with over 250 million viewers and users across the country, in Hindi and English.

  • Spearheaded the redesign of Republic’s news website for web and mobile platforms, resulting in a 25% increase in daily active users, a 50% increase in page views for mobile, and a 30% increase in average session duration.

  • Created a design system from scratch using Figma consisting of 50+ UI components adhering to brand guidelines and WCAG design standards, along with multiple user flows and digital prototypes.
