I work with multiple teams in Payments to help legal professionals process payments effectively.
Our team designed and launched the PartnerEdge Application Tracker, giving SAP PartnerEdge applicants visibility into their recruitment process.
Improving product engagement and retention through growth initiatives.
Redesigned and launched the PartnerEdge Build and Open Ecosystem application forms, reducing approval wait times from months to weeks. This allowed SAP partners to become fully operational faster, bringing increased revenue for the business and reducing time & cost processing applications.
Supported the team's user centric journey through our move to Figma, establishing design rituals and the creation of a design roadmap & strategy.
I was also responsible for moving the SAP Digital design system (web) to Figma from Sketch, while maintaining and making improvements to it.
