Group Design Manager, Discovery

  • Managed the Search, Recommendations, Browse and Taxonomy pods to launch key discovery features

  • Partnered with research to establish design heuristics and jobs-to-be-done to direct team visioning

  • Developed the operating model, career management tools, and cultural calendar for the newly established Discovery pillar while providing regular career guidance and coaching

Group Design Manager, Upmarket Expansion

  • Collaborated with cross-functional teams to create a vision and strategic roadmap for Faire's expansion into the upmarket retailer segment

  • Enabled upmarket retailers to efficiently reorder and manage high volumes of inventory via seamless integration of their point-of-sales systems

  • Led design sprints to launch Faire's MVP team management platform, Faire for teams

  • Developed and ran a multi-prong research plan to determine desirability and viability of volume-based discounts and other benefits to build an incentives program for upmarket retailers

Led high-impact projects across Airbnb's platform teams:

  • Designed the claims experience for AirCover, Airbnb’s Host protection program, collaborating with XFN stakeholders to operationalize workflows and design user touchpoints among Support, Guests and Hosts

  • Launched the Host identity platform to collect required identity info from Hosts as they onboard to Airbnb in compliance with Know Your Customer (KYC) requirements

  • Scaled Airbnb’s payments platform to Guests and Hosts internationally by enabling Hosts to get paid and Guests to checkout and manage payments

  • Managed a team of managers and ICs to scale LinkedIn’s content platform and offerings including news, documents, and video

  • Partnered with XFN leads, partner teams, and executive leadership to establish the team's operating system and align the product vision and roadmap with the company’s strategic goals

  • Redesigned homepage and feed in LinkedIn’s 2016 refresh, establishing a new design system across the site

  • Reimagined LinkedIn Pulse, a news reading app combining trending industry news with editorially curated content as LinkedIn’s first consumer app in their multi-app strategy

  • Designed LinkedIn's first publishing platform, evolving the content platform over time to introduce news and topical feeds, commenting, and follows ecosystem
