Conversational commerce, but for customers with customers. How might we design a visual builder for people who aren't savvy enough to know the chatbot buzzwords or training a machine intelligence?
Drawing is a practice, not a finished piece. It's an invitation to collaborate in a way transcends the verbal, and you don't need to be an artist to do it. If you can use emoji, and draw arrows, you too can draw as a way of thinking (and collaborating, and giving feedback, and designing outcomes, and enjoying!)
