Work Experience
Driving creative problem solving and product definition while keeping users at the center. Helping students memorize difficult concepts using the method of loci and weird art.
Collaborated with fellow designers, product managers, developers and business stakeholders to visualize product features and requirements. Focused on building and shipping quality features.
During my tenure, our NPS score increased from -31 to +3 with comments citing features where I led design as user favorites.
Partnered with product and engineering leads to design features with buy-in from appropriate stakeholders. Introduced Abstract for Sketch file management and shipped the first version of our design system. Translated product requirements into visual experiences from user flows to clickable prototypes. Designed across iOS, Android and web.
Designed and oversaw development on e-commerce shops built on Shopify and Wordpress for fashion and lifestyle brands. Balanced client requests and our team’s internal workload to ensure both client and design team were meeting deadlines for site launches.
