Shipped the company’s first in-app gifting flow, resulting in a 37.5% increase in weekly gift sales. Led the redesign of high-impact flows, including Bag, Checkout, and Menu, resulting in a 15.5% average lift in conversion, and 68% increase in orders placed in under 20 seconds. Currently leading end-to-end design for the new loyalty program’s digital experience, collaborating on product strategy, branding, and visual identity.
Led the research-driven design strategy for a healthcare delivery and member data analytics product and delivered HTML prototypes. Conducted usability and A/B testing with 20+ clients and pioneered a Sketch and Zeplin design system for seamless design-developer hand-off.
As project lead at Scout Studio, I led a team in, partnership with the City of Boston’s Mayor’s Office of New Urban Mechanics, to design a website and service blueprint that connects Boston’s youth with City Hall representatives on collaborative civic action.
During my internship at PVH (Phillips-Van Heusen), I redesigned PVH.com to strengthen the digital positioning of the global $10B fashion brand and improve content discoverability. I presented my work to C-suite and evangelized design best practices
Drove product strategy for Colgate’s entry into the smart electric toothbrush market by conducting remote user interviews and moderating focus groups.
Co-facilitated 35 design thinking workshops to train 1240+ employees and led in-person remote user research, usability testing, and card-sorting workshops with global teams. Coordinated fintech showcase event for 200+ attendees and 15+ startups in collaboration with FinTech Sandbox, DCU FinTech Innovation Center, and the Boston FinTech Meetup.
