Stories is a fundamental shift in how people share and connect with the people they care about on mobile. Event Stories enables people to share a Facebook to events to stories, helping them rally friends to go to events, and helping event organizers connect with meaningful audiences.

Facebook Campus was **launched in September 2020 to over 30 US universities**. One of the biggest challenges faced by brick and mortar businesses is understanding the effectiveness of their marketing efforts. Local Insights provides a new interface for local businesses to get insights to better understand the people in the neighborhoods around their business and improve their overall business outcomes.

Local Insights was launched in the US in November 2015, and became available internationally soon afterwards.

Local Insights – insights about the people using Facebook around their business for brick and mortar businesses

Since the birth of Facebook Events in 2005, the representation of events has shifted quite a bit along with the evolution of the product and the platform. And as the company scales, there's an increase need to create and maintain a design system for this product, with the representation of events, being one of the key part. This effort includes creating design components for event representations to be used across the Facebook app, setting usage guidelines for both the team and internal partners.
