Managing the design function at Flooz.
Responsibilities:

- Shaping the experience from POC to first release of the Flooz wallet app in less than 2 weeks. Fast delivery without comprising the experience.
- Creating a framework for moderated user testing, from recruitment to facilitator and shaping discussion guide.
- Leading the design of our core product (Flooz.xyz) DEX, humanising the experience for swaps, buy any token features targeting both new/pro users.
Research, requirements and design with the lead designer one of the most adopted features - Digital Clinical Program.
Optimization for Tiering, Regression via user testings, ideate new concepts and overview the final implementation.
Product Owner/designer for Challenges. Research, requirement, ideate, testing, manage the backlog and the sprint workload. The reference point for the business and eventual client requests/production bugs
