GoKwik aims to democratize the shopping experience in the e-commerce space by increasing conversions, reducing RTOs and providing a seamless shopping experience to millions of e-commerce users.
Designed, developed and maintained a monolithic application from scratch to reduce RTO using ML models, real time analytics and dynamic COD.
Designed, developed and maintained 4+ business critical microservices with P90 latency of 100 ms.
Designed a decoupled and scalable architecture for the RTO monolithic application.
Integrated various prepaid payment methods such as debit card / credit card to improve COD conversion.
