PRP Realty asked us to put together a light digital ad campaign to promote their property as a fortune 500 and government job hub in DC. We presented five companies to advertise through, recommending Politico web ads and Axios newsletters as the best match given their ROI and relevance to our target market in government and policy. Axios reported a .37% CTR and Politico reported a .35% CTR, an outperforming result as our KPI.
A newly acquired building by Cushman & Wakefield required a brief that matched the high end interior of the building. The client sought a brand that would appeal to law firms and prestige DC companies without completely sacrificing personality. Animating the type brought a satisfying and elegant motion to a soft color palette and elegant font choice that ended up becoming the final design direction.
Our team's annual march madness event demands an invitation just as fun as our team. Weird, electric, and young. I created a digital invite with a print feel to sell our vibe.
Washington, DC-based group Sapphic Lit Pop-Up Book Store needed a new logo for their instagram and displays at their booths. Lavender, a sapphic symbol, was the key icon for this brand, also doubling as open books in a row. I created a vertical and horizontal lock up, as well as an individual logo mark for social media and merch use.
Fall cocktail event on the rooftop of one of the largest properties we lease. Print and mail invitations were created, along with several menu cards and a Rayban custom fitting station poster.
After being chosen to lease Brookfield's office building in Chinatown of DC, we quickly pulled together a new, sophisticated brand for a building targeting large, multi-floor tenants. Briefed with Brookfield's desire to go from stuffy, dated, government brand to a luxury, almost old-school vibe, we set out to change the way people viewed this building. Pairing stones like onyx and marble with cool blue and green tones was the perfect back drop to our stacked serif logo.
A young building located in Dupont Circle wanted a colorful and playful brand to promote their building in DC's real estate market. We decided to create a bold and stretched out "C" as a logo mark for this building, standing tall and skinny like the structure itself. Multiplying this logo mark into a circle was the base of a star-like pattern, or blown up on its own as a stamp-like symbol.
For more than 40 years, from 1940 to the early 1980s, this Greyhound Bus Lines Super Terminal was an important transportation hub for the city. In the 1980s, the station was preserved, and later renovated into an office building. Manulife requested a rebrand to accompany the new renovations that are coming in 2024, so I wanted to utilize a rich, warm color palette with clean, sans serif fonts and line art to combine old and new. Old film photos were placed in a spread to highlight the history of the bus station, and add some personality to the building.
An adventure into our brokerage team’s effort into spreading the story of Washington, DC’s talent, culture, and work life at two renowned Brookfield Properties developments: The Yards and Halley Rise. I created a data-driven presentation and worked with a web developer and illustrator to create a dynamic, creative website that was and continues to be be pitched to brokers in different cities across major cities in the US to make people consider bringing their companies to DC. We designed and deployed ad campaigns via social media to direct traffic to the site and determine which cities were responding most to the messaging which directed where we would father target our efforts.
Comic book inspired explosive branding for a two story office space in the heart of the U-Street neighborhood. Focused on attracting education and non-profit based tenants, our client wanted us to go in any direction, as long as it was fun, bright, and exciting. Fast-paced gifs and warm colors make this brand feel like a popsicle in the middle of summer!
