Work Experience

2022 — Now

First design hire! I am the sole designer on a 12 member product and engineering team. I joined prior to launch and partnered with our investment firm, McKinsey and Edelman to get the company off the ground via product design strategy. I lead the UX copy, research and design for our internal admin platform and external customer portal. I also assist the marketing and sales teams with digital collateral messaging and design.

2019 — Now

I am the lead web UI and brand designer for a wide range of clients including ecommerce, non-profit and technology startups. My work often includes developing brand identity kits, website redesign projects using no-code and low-code (Bootstrap/HTML/CSS) solutions and partnering with stakeholders to ensure design projects are intuitive for end users and meet both business and user goals.

2021 — 2022
Founding UX/UI Designer at sayBLOWE

I was the sole and lead designer for a new NFT marketplace platform targeting the entertainment industry. Lead the UI design and copy for the front-facing company website, ICO website, NFT marketplace and backend admin CMS. I created wireframes, interactive prototypes and high-fidelity designs for web and mobile interfaces in Figma and oversaw hand-offs to Blockchain developers and engineers.

2019 — 2020
Mechanicsburg

I spearheaded the redesign projects for 6 out of 12 managed websites in an effort to enhance the member experience and usability, decreasing the average bounce rate by 20%. Redesigned the mobile app UI for the annual conference, a primary source of income for the association, resulting in a 50% increase in app downloads and additional $20K in conference revenue via ad placement. Partnered with the CTO and data analysts to design the UI for data visualization dashboards within frontend web frameworks to streamline metric reporting for the company leadership team.

2016 — 2017
Marketing Design Manager at Keller Williams
Bryn Mawr

I was the head of brand and marketing design for a luxury real estate team. Designed the responsive web UI for a custom listing landing page that resulted in a $1 million+ home selling two weeks faster than comparative properties. Unlocked an additional $10K in profit for the company by designing all sales enablement and company brand identity marketing tools in-house.

Spearheaded the UX research process for mobile dating app development. Designed the web UI design for the MVP using Wordpress and HTML/CSS custom coding. Lead team product feature and design brainstorming sessions.
