I designed digital products for managing cybersecurity systems for large enterprises such as Disney, EA, etc. I established our first documentation guide for technical writers to create better enablement materials for security analysts. I also wrote technical documentations for our complex product.

I worked with the NYC Mayor's Office for CTO to design and conduct user research with New Yorkers. Projects included: designing a digital event-finder service for senior citizens, proofread and designed NYC's first ever strategy publication on artificial intelligence.

I freelanced for various agencies. I designed and illustrated for advertising campaigns for a range of digital products and government services.
