In collaboration with leadership, I spearheaded the design of critical initiatives, including Juniper's Parent App.

I directed exploratory efforts for new projects, addressing critical customer challenges throughout their journey, resulting in a measurable improvement in user experience.

I engaged in cross-functional projects spanning brand and marketing design, achieving a unified and consistent design language across Juniper's offerings.

I managed the Juniper product design team, guiding them through complex challenges and fostering a high-performing team environment.



Developed and implemented the strategic vision and design foundations for the "OneJuniper" initiative, significantly enhancing product cohesion and user experience.



I conducted an extensive audit of Juniper's product suite and design practices, which substantially elevated design maturity and product quality.




I partnered with product management on high-stakes projects, such as the Sonar re-development, ensuring design excellence in critical product areas.



Spearheaded the full company-wide roll out of Figma & Figjam, significantly increasing cross-functional collaboration
