Agency founder and head of design until acquisition by M&C Saatchi in 2016. Grew and managed the department of 25+ designers, and led design across all agency clients including Samsung, Tiffany & Co., Sephora, Rdio, Sesame Street, The London Olympics, ETRADE, Capital One, Premier Boxing Champions, Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center and HBO.

Hired by UK agency Online Magic to be Design Director for NYC office, acquired by agency.com in 1997. Managed design departments in both agencies, and led creative on accounts including Coca-Cola, AT&T, Compaq, Interface etc.
