Product-wise, I am responsible for Binance.US's quick buy & sell product, enabling our customers to be able to efficiently purchase crypto either via fiat channels or via supported stable coins.

Also overseeing the onboarding and KYC journeys of the exchange. Facing challenges of ever-changing regulating landscape and to balance compliance with ease of use.

Lastly, contributed in our new facet design system, creating UX patterns paired with UI elements that is fitting for our new look & feel.

Oversee 3 other senior product designers in the team responsible for all digital retail platforms for our (10) APAC region. Work closely with product leads and engineers to define and arrange product roadmaps and strategies

Hong Kong

Developing brand strategies and establishing brand pillars through data and research informed methodologies. Project managing creative vendors for annual brand campaigns with budget over $3.5M HKD on average for the time spent at Alipay. Yielding a steady 7-10% increment in consumer recall and preference studies for the Alipay (HK) brand.

Also responsible as the founding product designer in early days to help identify local preferences in payment methods and to strategise and localise the app homepage to further cater to the local Hong Kong audience.
