Joe is an Associate in Goldberg Segalla's Philadelphia and Princeton offices. He focuses on professional liability, directors and officers, and complex litigation. He has successfully represented businesses and professionals in state and federal courts throughout Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
His practice has included the defense of lawyers, doctors, insurance producers, real estate agent and other professionals. He has also worked on wrongful death claims, high-value insurance coverage actions, environmental Superfund actions, and business disputes. Joe has a strong background in large-scale electronic and other complex discovery.
Joe spent years defending clients at all stages of litigation, including taking and defending depositions, arbitration, mediation, dispositive motion practice, pre-trial settlement negotiations, oral argument, and appellate practice.
