2023 — 2024
Senior Product Designer at CO2 AI
Paris

CO2AI, a startup incubated by BCG, focuses on B2B with multinationals to facilitate their transition to carbon neutrality. I contributed to the design development for a carbon footprint calculation tool, then collaborated with the Product Manager on creating the PCF tool, designed to inventory and calculate greenhouse gases emitted during a product's lifecycle.

2023 — 2023
Senior Product Designer - Operator for CO2 AI at BCG

At BCG, I contributed to the finalization and strategic definition of the design for the launch of CO2 AI, thereby facilitating its transition to an independent entity.

2021 — 2022
Paris

At Comet, at the heart of an agile ecosystem bringing together over 10,000 technology and data experts, as well as Europe's most innovative companies, I worked closely with one of the co-founders. My role involved advising on prioritization strategies and developing the design of an internal application dedicated to managing business requests and intelligent candidate matching.

2020 — 2021
Senior Product Designer at Direction interministérielle du numérique (DINUM)
Paris

For the SHD (Service Historique de la Défense), I contributed to restructuring their website by defining the various user profiles targeted by the service. I worked on making the archive classification method more understandable from a user experience (UX) perspective, thereby facilitating information access. Additionally, I designed interfaces in collaboration with another department of the ministry, which was developing the initial elements of the state's design system, to support digital transition and ensure visual and functional consistency across platforms.

This mission aimed to make the SHD website more accessible and user-friendly for a variety of users by aligning its visual components with the emerging standards of the state's design system.

The second mission, carried out in Pau, aimed to reorganize the distribution of document requests (retirement, compensation, etc.) to ensure their routing to appropriate services. This initiative helped alleviate the considerable volume of annual requests (over 200,000 requests handled by two individuals), significantly improving request processing efficiency.

These initiatives contributed to strengthening access to public services and improving request management efficiency through digitalization and better process organization.

2020 — 2020
Paris

At Luko, collaborating with a small team, I participated in creating a comprehensive back-office system for claims processing, replacing the previous Excel-based organization. This project required a deep understanding of the rules and exceptions related to insurance contracts and associated amounts. We designed a platform accessible to external parties, such as experts and external insurers, facilitating the management of compensations and interventions. This innovation significantly improved efficiency and transparency in claims processing.

I proposed an action plan to optimize the deployment of key features while effectively targeting a market segment. This strategic approach aimed to position the Continuity project as a competitive tool in the insurance sector.

During my two-year tenure at Agorapulse, I supported the team in developing key features related to social media post publishing, scheduling, and performance analysis. This user-centric approach led to the development of features that precisely met their expectations, contributing to an impressive growth in annual recurring revenue, from 2 million to 10 million euros, with almost unchanged payroll expenses.

2017 — 2017

As the 13th employee at Qonto, I had the opportunity to collaborate directly with Steve Anavi and Christophe Kerebel on the initial designs of the web application. This initial foray into design was not only a personal challenge overcome but also shaped my approach to work with a distinctly Anglo-Saxon perspective.
