Work Experience

2022 — Now
Remote

Set up my team’s product analytics foundations. Built several reporting, search, and data management features for both our analytics and lead generation product verticals. Most importantly, I had a lot of fun being the DRI for the launch of the company’s first Gen AI products. The role involved working hands-on across a wide range of tasks – customer/market research and discovery, building a design partner program to co-develop these products with a tight group of well-opinionated customers, building the first prototypes of these features in spreadsheets, streamlit, or zapier, prompt engineering (a whole lot of prompt engineering - my github activity graph has never appeared so busy 😆), spec’ing and shaping the different versions and milestones of these products, building our analytics cockpits, implementing tactics to give the company more confidence on whether we had achieved product-market fit or not, marketing, customer success, sales enablement, and even selling these products to some of our customers.

I am currently working on our next-generation of AI products for the modern go-to-market teams.

2021 — 2022

Launched first version of the product -- from 0 to 1. Managed the initial early access program and community for alpha users. Shaped product cycles with the team. Designed use-cases that guided our product development. Helped define the team's first ways of working. Implemented our product analytics foundations (from the actual instrumentation of the code to the final activation, usage and retention dashboards). Routinely interviewed users and set up the necessary feedback loops into our cycle and roadmap prioritization rituals. Owned QA, docs and changelogs (boy how I loved writing these).

2019 — 2021

Worked for the management consulting practice at PwC. Built several data science & analytics products, from data engineering pipelines to dashboards and web apps using python and low-code tools. Was responsible for the design, development and product managament of several of these projects.
